Oh the things they'll do!

When I saw what Payton was doing I had to run, get the camera, put new batteries in (w/o resetting the date that is why it says it was taken in January) all before she would move. Jer and I thought it was hilarious that she planted herself down in her doll's cradle and read herself a book! Clearly American Idol is not her thing! This is such a fun stage for Jer and I to watch what she will do and sometimes say next! Then I decided to take a picture of Jer watching American Idol. I am a fan so in the process of it being on each week, thus is Jer! He looks like he is loving it doesn't he!
(I realize this a record for me on the # of posts I have done within a month!)

I finally got her dancing on video. Usually when I pull out the camera she stops what she is doing and runs over to "see Payton". She absolutely loves the music from the movie Enchanted! She dances every time! She must have gotten her love for dancing from me but her moves from her daddy! right?!

I will have you all know that it took us probably 5-6 times of her saying "no bow" and ripping it out before I had to bribe her with Fruit snack to get these 2 pictures of her "smiling" with a bow in her hair! (Yes that is lunch on her cheek! I got the bow in her hair , I really must pick my battles!) Love her!

Hello! Yes I know this is a rather old photo, I'll be honest I haven't taken any since Easter and I put some up of those already. This picture still holds true today! She loves to get on the bathroom counter top and admirer herself! She will smile and talk to herself like she is the only one in the world! As a mother I just think she is the most precious thing around! I just hope that she can be as sweet to other children as she is to herself. We are working on her people skills like sharing and smiling. She is so stinking shy. Which I guess it can be a blessing, but we all know her shyness she did not get from her mother. I am beginning to think the only thing that I did give her is the dimple in her chin. She is definitely her daddy's daughter!

For certain some people asking, consider this an "update." No news is good news I guess, we are all just waiting, waiting, and still waiting for some spring like temperatures. Snow is not quite what we like to see every other day.

Late Easter Pictures!Biz spoiled her with a bike for Easter and... if the weather would ever decide to be spring I think she would enjoy it!
While all the cousins were looking for eggs, Payton got distracted in her egg hunt and played in the dirt! "Cool Dirt," she must take after her daddy.
I just love her rugrat pigtales!
She absolutely loves "Mouse!" I try and show her that Mnnie wears a bow and for a couple of minutes she'll actually wears one too!
