Excerising

7 months old! 20 lbs and 29 inches tall! glad to see my dad's jeans are still alive!

so i made jer try yoga one night and this is how Payton likes to work out with dad! Jer usually does some sort of exercise and Payton reminds him if he doesn't she Enjoys working out with daddy. great work out for him!

so i nearly forgot my pass word to even log in to my own blog!! i want to get back if for any reason it keeps me taking pics. SO there was a window that we had warm weather (still the wind blew, it never stops here) so we headed out to the park. yes that is some squash, carrots or something on his cute nose!

Josh loves being outdoors and absolutely loved the swing! new for him, Payton loved pushing him, she really is such a good big sister truely!

time flies! she is not a baby anymore and although i am totally loving this age, i can't believe how fast time goes by!
